Unica, Lincoln, MA, has introduced eCHANNEL!, Internet campaign management software that reportedly simplifies the implementation of permission-based, one-to-one Internet marketing.
The company reports that eCHANNEL!, available in the first quarter of 2000, helps clients use acquired customer information to create permission-based, personalized communications and offers.
The software can be used to design, plan, implement, manage and evaluate e-mail and Internet marketing campaigns, the company said.
In other news, Unica introduced a new, enhanced version of its flagship product Unica IMPACT!, predictive campaign management software.
Unica is a provider of electronic Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Marketing Automation services for the Internet and traditional marketing channels.
