DC Comics has hired Steve Rotterdam as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
DC Comics has hired Steve Rotterdam as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Most recently, Rotterdam was the chief creative officer of Eastwest Marketing Group.

He will run both the direct sales and the book trade sales divisions of the company, supervise the marketing and publicity efforts of DC Comics’ publishing and oversee the company’s advertising sales and custom publishing department, DC Comics said. The position took effect Oct. 1.
Rotterdam will report to Paul Levitz the president and publisher of DC Comics.
DC Comics is home to such iconic characters as Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman.
