Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises has launched a new customer relationship management division. The new unit will focus on addressing the needs of, and retaining, customers in the luxury good market, and will incorporate Saks First, the New York-based retailers current loyalty program.

Rob Rosenblatt has been named senior vice president of the division. Rosenblatt had previously been CEO in residence at iFormation Group, a new business generation firm. He has also held positions at American Express TRS Co. and Virgin USA, where he designed credit card products that have strong loyalty and rewards components. Rosenblatt will report to Sheri Wilson-Gray, the company’s executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

Teradata will provide an enterprise-wide data warehouse system, which will serve as a backbone for Saks Fifth Avenue’s market research and loyalty program operations.
