Jeff Reinhardt, former group publisher of Direct and Multichannel Merchant, has left his position at business-to-business consultancy Berkery Noyes. & Co. LLC.
Reinhardt, while not commenting on the details of his departure, stated that he hoped to “evaluate options where I can once again lead/inspire people and products to drive revenue.”
Reinhardt joined Berkery Noyes in 2006 as managing director. He had responsibility for the company’s B-to- communications group, which helps companies with mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to that, Reinhardt served as senior vice president of Prism Business Media, now Penton Business Media. He worked at the company for 18 years, through several changes in corporate ownership.
Reinhardt said that he missed the media business while at Berkery Noyes.
“As I evaluated companies preparing to be sold, I’d think that I really would prefer to be on their side of the table, wanting to design, implement and execute the strategies,” he said.
Reinhardt worked for Penton and its corporate predecessors for 18 years. Reinhardt spent nearly eighteen years at Primedia , now Penton) in a variety of group publisher and executive positions.
