Matthew Hafkin has been promoted to agency chief financial officer from vice president, finance, He is now responsible for all financial operations and agency infrastructure in North America. He replaces Robert Horvath who has been named to the new position of president, direct marketing.
Steve Rodems has been elevated to senior vice president, business development. Based in Dallas and formerly vice president, business development, Rodems has played a key role in many of the agency’s new business wins during the past few years.
Rich Whalen has been appointed to the newly created role of director, process improvement. He will utilize his project management skills gained as a senior producer in the agency’s interactive group to identify and promote best practices in both client service processes and internal agency activities.
