Rapp Collins Taps Grossman, Phillips

Rapp Collins Worldwide named its first-ever chief client strategy officer and added a senior VP-group account director in its New York City headquarters.

Loren Grossman takes the new post of chief client strategy officer, overseeing integration of Rapp Collins' services (including brand planning, analytics, creative, client services, interactive and media) for clients. Grossman had been senior VP-brand planning at the Omnicom-owned agency until 2001; he returns to Rapp Collins from DKI Direct, Montvale, NJ, where he was chief strategy officer.

Sherri Phillips takes the senior VP-account director post; she had been senior VP at McCann Erickson/MRM, New York City, before taking a two-year hiatus to travel and write a novel.
