West Chester, PA-based QVC filed suit against 13-year veteran Kathy Levine, charging contract violation. The suit alleges that Levine e-mailed consumers whose addresses she got before leaving QVC; some recipients complained to QVC, according to Associated Press reports. Levine began a show on St. Petersburg, FL-based Home Shopping Network in August. Her lawyer told AP that Levine will vigorously defend against the suit.
