Revenue for the Valentine's Day season blossomed for Proflowers Inc., increasing by 64% over the same period in 2001. Net revenue for the San Diego-based company increased from $9.6 million in 2001 to $15.9 million in 2002. The number of units shipped during the period increased 51%, up from 186,452 in 2001 to 280,627 in 2002. Proflowers also saw a 20.3% rise in revenue generated per order from Feb.
