Prestige Brands Holdings has named James Kelly to its top marketing post to replace Michael Fink when he retires.

Prestige Brands Holdings has named James Kelly to its top marketing post to replace Michael Fink when he retires.

Kelly will take the post of senior vice president of marketing when Fink retires on June 30.

Fink is one of the founding executives of the five-year-old company, whose brands range from Chloraseptic, Compound W and Murine to Spic and Span, Comet and Cutex nail polish remover.

Kelly will oversee marketing for some of Prestige’s OTC and personal-care brands. He comes to Irvington, NY-based Prestige from Combe, Inc. with earlier work at Warner Lambert.
