Peppers & Rogers Group has hired Ginger Conlon as editor-in-chief of 1to1 Media, a new post at the media arm of the direct-marketing consultancy.

Conlon will oversee Peppers & Rogers' flagship 1to1 Magazine and its online publications including e-newsletters INSIDE 1to1, INSIDE 1to1: Privacy and INSIDE 1to1: Strategy. Conlon had been editor-in-chief of CRM Magazine. She joined the consultancy on Jan. 3.
Peppers & Rogers, Norwalk, CT, is owned by Carlson Marketing Group, Minneapolis.
