Customer relationship management software firm PeopleSoft Inc. will purchase the intellectual property and certain assets of Mountain View, CA.-based Annuncio Software Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Annuncio’s software for e-mail and Web customer interaction, combined with Pleasanton, CA-based PeopleSoft’s CRM software, will reportedly allow companies to automate and personalize online customer business interactions within a single integrated CRM solution.
