For fiscal 2002, the Neenah, WI firm reported net earnings of $663,000, down from earnings of 1.3 million for fiscal 2001.
Net sales were $67.2 million, off slightly from $70.7 million for the year before.
"Our focus on operational and financial stability enabled Outlook Group to weather a very difficult year for the industry," said president and COO Joseph J. Baksha, in a statement.
