Office Depot, Delray Beach, FL, has named Rick Lepley executive vice president, North American retail. Lepley had been president of Office Depot Japan. He succeeds former president of North American stores Jerry Colley, who is retiring.
Chuck Rubin, who had previously been named executive vice president and chief merchandising officer earlier this month, will take on the additional responsibility of running the firm’s marketing department. Jocelyn Carter-Miller, who had formerly held those responsibilities, is leaving the company.
Frank P. Scruggs is replacing Jay Crosson as executive vice president of human resources.
