MARKETING DRIVE WORLDWIDE: Wilton, CT, has opened an office in Rogers, AR, near Bentonville, under the direction of Russell "Rusty" Brock, who joins Marketing Drive as general manager-business development. Brock had been senior VP-general manager of Noble NWA's Bentonville office; earlier, he established Ryan Partnership's Bentonville office. Marketing Drive is the first agency owned by Interpublic Group of Cos. to establish a base near Bentonville to serve clients with account-specific promotions for Wal-Mart Stores.
