National Commerce Bank Services Creates Marketing, CRM Division

National Commerce Bank Services Inc., a retail banking consultancy, has launched NCBS Strategic Marketing Solutions, a division that will create target marketing and customer retention programs for retail banks. The new division will be run by Robert Arndt, first vice president and group manager.

Memphis, TN-based National Commerce Bank Services will partner with Synapse Technology of Charlotte, NC for its customer and deposit retention programs.

National Commerce Bank Services currently offers marketing programs that specialize in acquisition and cross-sell efforts within the retail banking space.
