M&S Fine Foods Acquires Denzer Food Products

M&S Fine Foods Inc., a gourmet food direct marketer, has purchased Denzer's Food Products from Jake Slagle Inc., Baltimore, for an undisclosed sum.

Specifically, the Charlottesville, VA firm acquired the mailing lists and production formulas all Denzer products and all other tangible and intangible assets.

M&S opened last January after acquiring the assets of McArthur's Smokehouse and Seyco Fine Food.
