Milwaukee-based RTMS, which produces integrated customer-relationship management solutions for individualized marketing, has been chosen by McCoy’s Building Supply Center to provide individualized marketing solutions to the 10-store chain.
The software, Archer, will be applied to suit the interests of extremely narrow groups or even single customers of the San Marcos, TX, retailer. McCoy’s plans to implement the software immediately, and create customized direct mail campaigns before the end of the year.
