McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, New York, has launched MRM Partners Worldwide, a business unit that will focus on enterprise relationship management, customer relationship management and digital solutions. The new unit consists of the former MRM Worldwide and Zentropy Partners operations.
Pamela Maphis Larrick, formerly president and COO of MRM Worldwide, has been named president and CEO of the new unit, and Stan Rapp, who had been chairman and CEO of MRM Worldwide, will serve as its chairman.
Michael Tey, who had been president of Zentropy Partners, will continue as president of the Zentropy digital and interactive solutions arm of MRM Partners Worldwide.
"Most corporate clients are at different places along the CRM continuum," said Larrick, in a statement.
"While they want to expand to embrace full enterprise relationship management, they are looking for partners to help them integrate the necessary continuum of resources. That's where we, as MRM Partners, see ourselves fitting in--helping them not only to acquire, retain and build their customer bases but to optimize their effectiveness and efficiencies in achieving this."
The new entity will have revenue of $215 million on capitalized billings of $1.44 billion, based on 2000 numbers.
