Printing firm Mail-Well Inc., has completed the sale of a number of its facilities comprising a portion of its Digital Graphics division. The amount of the sale was not disclosed by the Englewood, CO company. The locations sold were Accu-Color in St. Louis, Accu-Color’s satellite facility in Atlanta, Colorhouse Dallas and NK Graphics in Keane, NH. The purchaser is Group360, Inc., a newly formed company

The purchaser is Group360, Inc., a newly formed company owned by Roger Hancuff, Gary Stephens, other members of management, and Industrial Growth Partners, a private equity investment firm located in San Francisco, CA.
These sales complete divestitures the company began in 2001.
