KnowledgeBase Opens Paris and London Offices

KnowledgeBase Marketing, a Wunderman company, has opened new offices in Paris and London.

KnowledgeBase Marketing, a Wunderman company, has opened new offices in Paris and London. The new locations enhance the company’s European footprint, which current includes locations in Frankfurt, Helsinki and Prague.

“Our clients tell us where they need us, and that’s where we go,” Gary Laben, KnowledgeBase Marketing CEO said in a statement. “We now have 13 offices across the globe. Paris and London are the newest – and we will open more as our clients’ needs evolve.”

Philippe Bonnet, CEO of Wunderman France, and Andy Rutberg, KnowledgeBase Marketing’s president of global services, will oversee operations, along with Andrew Hamlett serving as the commercial director of the Paris office. Howard Geisler will serve as managing director in London.

Hamlett and Geisler are charged with managing the company’s business in Europe as it continues to broaden its global capabilities. Geisler reports to Andrew Rutberg, KnowledgeBase Marketing’s president of global services.

Hamlett previously worked as an international direct marketing and business development consultant across Europe and Asia. Geisler began his career at Wunderman by launching an e-solutions practice in Toronto, Canada capabilities. His career took him to Mexico where he helped launch Wunderman’s local interactive practice. He later became chief digital officer of Wunderman’s German unit. Before joining Wunderman, he was with Publicis Groupe where he was worldwide managing director of interactive at Saatchi & Saatchi and then president of Digitas U.K.

“In 2008, KBM served only North America” said Daniel Morel, Wunderman’s chairman and CEO, in a statement. “Today, it has employees located in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. I predict that 50% of their employees will be based outside North America by 2012.”
