Kmart Appoints Paul Guyardo Chief Marketing Officer

Kmart Holding Corp. has named Paul Guyardo senior VP and chief marketing officer.

Guyardo will be responsible for marketing, advertising, promotions and external communications for Kmart. He joins the mass-merchant retailer after eight years at HSN, where he was executive VP-television and marketing. Before joining HSN, Guyardo was a general manager at AT&T, where his work guided the development of the "All Within Your Reach" advertising campaign.
