Jumpstart Will Add ValueClick Behavioral Ads

Jumpstart Automotive Media, an online auto advertising network, has signed an exclusive agreement with ValueClick Inc. to represent all of ValueClick Media’s online display advertising and lead generation inventory to the auto industry.

The deal will let Jumpstart’s manufacturer, regional and local dealer clients to use ValueClick’s behavioral ad platform to increase the inventory of advertising slots targeting in-market auto shoppers.

Consumers typically spend eight to 12 weeks shopping for a car and spend less than 5% of their time conducting research during that period, according to Jumpstart. The new deal will allow its advertisers to re-target car shoppers when they visit any of ValueClick’s 13,500 sites. The ValueClick network reaches more than 121 million unique visitors monthly.
