Johnson & Quin, Niles, IL, has acquires information output services firm MGI Corp., Chicago. Terms were not disclosed. The purchase will reportedly augment Johnson & Quin’s high-speed laser printing and specialized mailing services. MGI’s laser printing and mailing equipment will be relocated to Johnson & Quin’s 104,000 square foot facility in Niles.
