Interline Acquires Ventilation System DMer Cooperfield

Interline Brands Inc. a direct marketer of maintenance, products, has acquired Copperfield, a ventilation systems direct marketer, for 70 million.

"The acquisition of Copperfield fits well with our strategy of acquiring businesses with leadership positions in residential repair markets," said Michael Grebe, CEO of the Jacksonville, FL-based Interline in a statement.
