The Interactive Advertising Bureau's board of directors has elected Wenda Harris Millard to serve as its chairman.

The Interactive Advertising Bureau's board of directors has elected Wenda Harris Millard to serve as its chairman. Millard has served as the board's vice chair since 2007, and has been on the executive committee since 2003.
Millard takes the position from Jim Spanfeller, who had served as chairman since 2006. Spanfeller will continue to serve on the board, as well as on the executive committee.
Millard is president of media at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
In addition to Millard, Tina Sharkey, chairman and global president at Babycenter, and Mark Collins, vice president of consumer data at AT&T's wireless unit, were also elected to the board.
