Innovative Health Acquires Harrington Multi Media Marketing

Innovative Health Sciences has acquired Harrington Multi Media Marketing Inc.

Innovative Health Sciences has acquired Harrington Multi Media Marketing Inc. Harrington Multi Media Marketing and its predecessor company Quantum International have marketed precuts on behalf of pitchmen Billy Mays and Tony Little through infomercials and short-form television spots.

The acquisition price was not disclosed.

Harrington Multi Media Marketing founder Tim Harrington will join Innovative Health Sciences. In addition to his work in infomercials, Harrington teamed with live shopping firm HSN to found HSN Direct in 1994.

“HM3 integrates all the latest media tools to launch multi-million dollar consumer products," said Chris Winter, president of Innovative Health Sciences in a statement. “With a pipeline of commercial-ready products backed by celebrity endorsers, the HM3 acquisition positions us for top- and bottom-line growth in 2010.”

Innovative Health Sciences, Inc., provides medical treatment products. The company operates several subsidiaries, including HealthSonix Medical, Inc. and AquaSonix Therapy Canada, Inc.
