VideoYellowPages, the Foster City, CA-based unit of information compiler giant infoUSA, has acquired the URL VideoYellowPages.com www.videoyellowpages.com from a private source, as part of its strategy to help build its brand and reduce confusion in the marketplace.
Terms were not disclosed.
VideoYellowPages claims to be the first Internet yellow page directory service that enables businesses to advertise online for less than the cost of a printed yellow page ad.
