Infocus Marketing Inc., the list management and brokerage company, has purchased Continental Services Inc., a print, mailing services and fulfillment company.
Terms were not disclosed.
“We are very excited to combine the resources and industry experience of both Continental Services and Infocus,” said Bob Farkas, president of Infocus, in a statement.
“We welcome the clients of Continental and look forward to the expansion of the services now conveniently available to them, as we serve the growing direct marketing needs of our current and future clients.”
