Infinity Resources Inc. of Itasca, IL, has acquired the "The Video Collection" home video and DVD catalog business from San Diego-based Genius Products Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
The catalog's product line includes special interest, documentary and foreign film titles from hundreds of suppliers. Its circulation is in the millions.
As part of the deal, Infinity's retail stores will carry Genius Products' DVD and music titles.
