ICT Group Closes Call Center, Axes 131 Employees

ICT Group Inc. will close its Parkersburg, WV call center Dec. 30, laying off 131 employees, according to the Parkersburg, WV News.

Officials of the telemarketing outsourcing company said they expect the layoffs to be permanent and that none of the employees have the right to transfer to any of its other units.
