IAC/InterActiveCorp, the parent company of Ticketmaster and Expedia, has named Thomas McInerney chief financial officer.
He succeeds Dara Khosrowshahi, who will move over to spearhead the company’s travel unit.
McInerney joined the company from Morgan Stanley in 1999 to serve as executive vice president and financial chief of Ticketmaster. He moved to his current role as chief executive of the Home Shopping Network and IAC Electronic Retailing in January 2003.
