Hello Direct Inc., San Jose, CA, has named company CIO Michael Young as chief e-commerce officer. Young will retain his duties as vice president and CIO while serving in this new role. His responsibilities include driving sales through the company’s Internet channel as well as growing the Internet customer base.
Young has been vice president and CIO since January, and served as a consulting CIO with Hello Direct for nearly a year before that.
