Don Aicklen, who had been with marketing services firm Harte-Hanks, has joined ThinkVine. Aicklen will serve as chief operating officer of the marketing simulation and planning platform provider.
At Harte-Hanks, Aicklen most recently had overseen all national sales and marketing activity. Before that, he was a group managing director with responsibility for opening and growing new market segments in the consumer brands, government/non-profit and automotive verticals.

"As we continue our growth strategy Don will be charged with helping us successfully build and manage our sales process and reach our corporate development goals as well as being a great addition to our general leadership team."
