Harry & David Holdings Inc. has completed its $21 million sale of Jackson & Perkins to an investment group led by Donald and Glenda Hachenberger.
The company will provide certain transitional services, including agricultural and horticultural services through the end of June and direct marketing and fulfillment services for another year.
