Grizzard, an 80-year-old direct marketing agency based in Atlanta, has acquired Coleman & Coleman, a Houston-based brand consulting firm. Financial details were not disclosed.
Grizzard, a specialist in fundraising, plans to integrate brand management into the consulting services it offers. According to Brandon Coleman, president and CEO, of the eponymous agency, Coleman & Coleman will remain in Texas as a wholly owned subsidiary of Grizzard.
