Greens Worldwide Inc. has acquired Crowley & Co. Advertising for an undisclosed sum. “The acquisition of Crowley & Co. is in line with our business strategy of us becoming a vertically integrated company, and when the acquisition is closed, should provide the company with added in-house capability to execute our core businesses,” said Tom Kidd, CEO of the Hertford, NC-based Greens Worldwide in a statement. Crowley offers direct mail, catalogs and traditional retail, industrial and professional services advertising.
