Global Media GmbH, a Munich-based online marketing company, has acquired U.K. search engine marketing firm Bigmouthmedia Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.
The company will now employ more than 100 people.
Thomas Gerteis, Global Media CEO will maintain CEO position for the group. Bigmouthmedia CEO Steve Leach will head up all UK and US operations.
