Gers Retail Systems, a San Diego-based supplier of retail management technology, has acquired Escalate Inc., a provider of multi-channel fulfillment systems for retailers.
Escalate serves clients like Eddie Bauer, Williams-Sonoma and Restoration Hardware. Its systems enable retailers to pick, pack and ship orders entered through any channel.
