Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. has named Jeff Shell as co-president and COO. He will oversee company operations from the firm’s headquarters in Pasadena, CA.
Most recently, Shell worked for Fox Cable Networks Group as president and CEO overseeing more than 20 domestic cable and satellite networks.
Shell will report to Henry C. Yuen, chairman and CEO.
