Future Now Group Inc., an online marketing services firm, has acquired Elemental Business Inc., an online software company, for about $5.9 million worth of stock.
The acquisition provides the company not only with additional revenue, product and account management personnel but significantly accelerates its software deployment timeline and adds a subscription based model, according to Future Now.
EBI and its personnel will remain in Utah.
"We are delighted with the acquisition, said Jeffrey Eisenberg, CEO of Future Now, in a statement. “We have been focused on productizing our revenue mix and now clients can buy our Persuasion Architecture methodology through training, software and/or services. We can now service clients through subscription software that in the past would only have hired us as consultants from time to time."
