Fingerhut Business Services Inc. (FBSI), a division of direct marketing giant Fingerhut Cos. Inc., will resell OrderTrust’s order management services as a complement to its own fulfillment services.
As part of this agreement, the two firms will jointly develop a system to integrate Fingerhut’s fulfillment systems with OrderTrust’s scalable nationwide network. Fingerhut hopes the order volume generated through this system will work to establish OrderTrust as the industry standard for e-commerce order management.
