Fingerhut Cos. Inc., has appointed Rafael F. Saldana as vice president and general manager, Hispanic business. In this newly created position, Saldana will oversee the design and implementation of programs tailored to Hispanic consumers, including Spanish-language versions of the company’s e-commerce sites, a modified product mix, advertising campaigns and customized credit.
Saldana joins Fingerhut from Fleet Financial Group in Boston where he served as senior vice president and director of delivery planning and channel management.
