Experian Acquires Canadian Credit Bureau

Experian has acquired Quebec-based Northern Credit Bureaus Inc.

Terms were not disclosed.

This acquisition will enable Costa Mesa, CA-based Experian to leverage Northern's consumer database to build its credit reporting business in the country.
