Euro RSCG Acquires Two Polish Marketing Firms

Euro RSCG Worldwide, a New York-based unit of Havas Advertising, has acquired two marketing services firms in Poland: direct marketing agency Dialog and Marketing House, a database and fulfillment concern. The two companies will be renamed Euro RSCG Dialog and Euro RSCG Marketing House. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dialog had 2000 billings of 14.2 million Euros ($12.2 million) and a client portfolio that includes Auchan, Bosch, Leroy Merlin, Nestle, Peugeot, PKO BP, and Polski Koncern Naftowy.

Marketing House, which provides database management, fulfillment, merchandising and leasing sales forces, had 2000 billings of 5.5 million Euros ($4.7 million) and a client portfolio that includes Canal+, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Nestle, Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble and Volvo. Marketing House specializes in customer relationship management.
