Equifax Acquires BeNow

Equifax Inc. has acquired BeNow Inc., a database management, analytical and support services firm. Terms were not disclosed.

BeNow will become part of Equifax's marketing services unit. The acquisition includes such BeNow clients as General Motors, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Hammacher Schlemmer, Tower Records and MetLife.
