Epsilon has appointed two vice presidents of client solutions. Ron Shevlin, Epsilon's vice president of strategic consulting, will take one of the spots. Additionally, Doug Garfinkel was named vice president of media and acquisition services, a newly created position. Garfinkel will report to Kevin Mabley, senior vice president of interactive professional services.
