R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., Chicago, will purchase Iridio Inc., Seattle, a premedia provider. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal is expected to be complete by the end of the month, subject to standard closing conditions and regulatory approval.
The acquisition is expected to increase Donnelley’s premedia presence in the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1981, Iridio, has 120 employees. The purchase follows a few weeks after Donnelley’s acquisition of Omega Studios, Dallas.
