Donald P. Hinman has joined Allant, a business intelligence services and data management firm based in Naperville, IL. In his new position as executive vice president of product development and senior principal in Alliances Professional Services Group, Hinman will aid clients in developing data sourcing and procurement, as well as consulting on data-driven marketing strategies.
Hinman most recently served as group leader for Acxiom Corp.’s InfoBase Data Products operations, where he was responsible for data acquisition and compilation, data sourcing alliances and product development. Before joining Acxiom, he served as vice president and performance group manager for the Lifestyle Selector Division of National & Lifestyles Inc., which currently operates as Equifax DMS. Prior to that, he was manager of marketing research services at Arbitron Ratings Co.
Hinman holds a PhD in Mass Communication Research from Ohio’s Bowling Green State University.
