Diedrich Coffee Inc. has named Sean McCarthy chief financial officer following the retirement of Martin A. Lynch Jan. 1.
McCarthy has been the firm's controller since April 2004. Previously, he was director, finance for FRD Acquisition Co. Inc. He previously served in various accounting and financial capacities for Taco Bell, Inc. and El Torito Restaurants, Inc.
