Cross Media Marketing Corp. has completed its acquisition of National Syndications (NSI), the firm said today.
NSI, which sells products through space ads in over 1,500 newspapers, generated $55 million in revenue and $4 million in pre-tax income in 2001.
Cross Media, which markets magazine subscriptions and memberships online and by phone, has projected a 100% increase in sales this year to $200 million.
The purchase price was reported on Jan. 10 as $19.6 million.
